Best poacher!Jun 09, 2008
By Kathryn Ford We searched far and wide for this: no plastic, easy to keep egg from sticking, easy to clean.

The best poacher at this priceNov 04, 2009
By Bruce Pflieger I looked around and around. This is the most poacher for the money. The four cups easily hold a large egg with room to spare. The cups are non-stick coated though better if you use some cooking spray then the egg will fall right out. The cup handle, a U-shape, is very easy to handle even when wearing a glove pot holder; to place the egg on the plate. And the U-shape is a rod and is continuous around the cup so there is nothing to break long term. At the time of my purchase no one mentioned the pot handle. The handle is stainless steel, hollow and riveted to the pot. Though hollow it does not bend or flex in the least. The glass lid has a small, metal re-inforced hole in the top to release steam pressure. And the diameter is common as I'm using the lid on other pots too. I'm a novice cooking person and this poacher is very easy to use.

Highest Quality poacher for home use in 30 yearsFeb 17, 2010
By John Pollard Have used egg poachers for home use for 30 years. This is by far the highest quality consumer egg poacher without shelling out major dollars for commercial grade equipment. Also holds extra large eggs without overfilling.

GREAT PAN FOR POACHING PERFECT EGGSApr 09, 2010
By CAPTAINPHIL
"CAPTAINPHIL"
This is a great pan for poaching eggs at a reasonable price. It also doubles as a great sauce pan. The quality of the product is great and the eggs do not stick even without cooking spray. The handles on the individual egg cups make it easy to get the eggs out and on to the plate. Five star recommendation!

Great Poacher with a little effortJul 06, 2010
By Sandra Chafin This is just the poacher I was looking for with really big cups that easily hold a jumbo egg. The cups are easy to remove and with PAM spray the eggs easily come out. The only problem was that after a few uses I noticed tiny rust spots forming on the bottom of the pan. I cleaned it out and sprayed it with PAM then wiped it out with a paper towel. I do that after every use and no more problems. Bothersome, but the design is well worth it.
