The product was good but was a mini turner. I was expecting a full size turner.

Disappointed.Jan 27, 2011
By Bruce C. Hong I use my cooking utensils very carefully & judiciously. I never leave my utensils in a hot cooking pot or pan. This Norpro 917 Nylon Turner is rated in it's description as safe to use up to 450 Degrees F. Well, I used it to fry eggs, hamburgers and French Toast. But it has begun melting from the first. The front edge looks as if I had taken a soldering gun to it.
It's not of much use. And I have NO plans to buy anymore Norpro Nylon utensils.
I love this handy little gadget!Mar 28, 2011
By Karen Brown I have looked at kitchen stores all over for a replacement to our identical spatula/turner originally purchased at a camping store. I was so happy to find this that I ordered spares! It is just the right size. I love it for any type of eggs, flipping just about anything you would bake on a cookie sheet, serving things out of square pans, etc. It is rigid with, yet still has a slight give to it. Yes, the spatula/turner is wonderful, but the stupid sticker they place on the handle is certainly frustrating. I spent quite a bit of time getting those darn stickers off! (A note to anyone interested: I found the best method is to start at the edges and slowly work towards the middle. Use a dab of cooking oil to free up the left over adhesive. Good luck!)

This item is much smaller than it appeared to be on the screen. Still, it works well for smaller items such as cookies. Overall, a satisfactory purchase.
Nylon spatula for a great priceOct 31, 2010
By Lyn I couldn't stand the thought of paying $10 for a pancake turner/spatula tool in the stores so found this one at Amazon for a fraction of the price. Turns out it works great - does the job, goes in the dishwasher, doesn't scratch my no-stick frypan. My only complaint: it came with one of those demonic SKU stickers on the handle that required effort and then some swabbing with goo remover to clean off the adhesive. Could have done without that aggravation, but now that its over, I have a very reasonably priced kitchen tool that I use every day.
